Recommended Wireless Bluetooth Transmitter
A Bluetooth transmitter lets you send audio wirelessly from your TV or ZVOX to a pair of Bluetooth headphones, Bluetooth earbuds, or a Bluetooth speaker.
How It Connects
The transmitter plugs into an audio output on your TV, or into an audio output on your ZVOX if one is available. Check the back of your TV or ZVOX for a jack labeled Line Out, Headphone Out, or Optical Out, and match the transmitter to the connection you have.
The transmitter will also need a power source, which in most cases is a USB jack. Some ZVOX models, including the AV835 and AV855, have a USB jack on the back that can power a Bluetooth transmitter.
Low Latency Matters
Look for a transmitter that supports a low latency codec, and make sure your headphones, earbuds, or speaker support one as well. Both ends of the connection need to handle it. Without low latency support on both sides, you are more likely to run into a lip sync delay, where the words you hear do not line up with the movement of the actors' lips.
