Master Reset Instructions

Models: AV100, AV102

Steps

1. Power on your ZVOX speaker
2. Press and hold the POWER button for 5 seconds
3. When the ZVOX flashes amber/orange and blue lights, immediately release the Power button
4. Immediately press and hard hold the ACCUVOICE button - you will see a quick blue light appear
5. After a few seconds, the unit will reset

After Reset

• Settings return to factory defaults
• ZVOX remote still works
• If a remote was programmed using the learning mode on the ZVOX, it may need reprogramming
