Check the specifications of your device on the model support page to confirm if your TV and Bluetooth headphones or soundbar support A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile) Bluetooth profile. Manuals are posted on your model support page. .



Check the TV Settings

  1. Confirm whether A/V sync is available in the TV settings menu.
    1. On the supplied TV remote control, press the HOME button.
    2. Select Settings or the icon.
    3. Under the TV category, select Sound.
    4. Under Sound, check if A/V sync is available.
      • If it is, your model supports Bluetooth headphones.
  2. Disable the TV speakers to output the sound through your headphones.
    1. Press the HOME button.
    2. Select Settings or the icon.
    3. Under the TV category, select Sound.
    4. Under Sound, select Headphone/Audio out.
