MXV4 remote programmed to control your ZVOX volume and not your TV's volume please follow the below step by step instructions.


Part 1


Configure the ZVOX Audio speaker:



For Soundbases (570, 670, 770) on the front panel of the ZVOX Audio speaker:  

 

a) While the speaker is ON Press and hold down the Mute & Volume Up buttons until you see “PS” on the display.
b) Release the buttons and immediately
c) Press and release the Volume Up button until you see “PS-1”
d) Wait until the “PS-1” display disappears.

 

 

For systems with the Other Settings Button on remote (AV200, AV201, AV155, AV157, AV203, New Version SB380, SB500, SB700):


While the speaker is ON press and hold Other Settings for 5 seconds until PS-0 starts flashing then release and adjust with the remotes volume button, move it to PS-1.


For SB Soundbars (SB380, SB400, SB500, SB700):


a) While the speaker is ON Press and hold down the Mute & Volume Up buttons on the side of the speaker until you see “PS” on the display.
b) Release the buttons and immediately
c) Press and release the Volume Up button until you see “PS-1”
d) Wait until the “PS-1” display disappears.

 


Part 2 


Configure the Century Link MXv4 IR Remote.


 1)  Press the "AUX" button on the Century Link remote.
2) Press and hold SETUP on the Century Link remote until the mode key blinks twice.
3) Enter "1759" on the Century Link remote. (alternate codes: 1058, 1441, 1258, 1622, 1558, 1658, 1758, 1822, 1858, 2172, 2227, 2475, 2522, 2610)

4) Press and hold SETUP on the Century Link remote until the mode key blinks twice.
5) Press the volume up button on the Century Link remote.
6) Press the "AUX" button on the Century Link remote.

 Your Century Link remote should now control the volume on your Zvox and not your TV volume.  This way your TV will not display the annoying "Not Available" message.  If the Century Link remote doesn't control the ZVOX after going through these steps repeat "Part 2" but use one of the alternate codes for step 3.
