Sound Base & Sound Bar (SB) Out of Warranty RepairIf your ZVOX Sound Base or SB series Sound Bar system needs repair beyond the one-year warranty period, please follow these instructions:
Contact ZVOX by emailing [email protected] for a Repair Authorization and shipping instructions on how to send the unit to ZVOX Audio's Service Dept. Products returned without Authorization and Repair Authorization # will be refused. A flat fee of $150 covers all parts and labor costs and must be paid beforehand. A ZVOX shipping carton and UPS or USPS return shipping label will be provided. All ZVOX Sound Base and SB series Sound Bar systems must be shipped in a ZVOX shipping carton. ZVOX Audio will repair or replace the unit with one of equal quality, at our discretion. ZVOX Audio is not responsible for any in-transit damage due to improper packing. Units that are damaged in transit due to improper packing will be returned to customer in the condition they were received.
All repairs come with a 6 month warranty on the parts and work done to the system.
Not all Zvox systems are eligible for out of warranty repair.
Accuvoice AV series Out of Warranty Policy
If your ZVOX Audio Accuvoice TV speaker AV series Sound Bar system needs repair beyond the one-year warranty period, please follow these instructions:
Contact ZVOX Audio by emailing [email protected] for a Repair Authorization and shipping instructions on how to send the unit to ZVOX Audio's Service Dept.
Products returned without Authorization and Repair Authorization # will be refused.
A flat fee of $80 covers all parts and labor costs and must be paid beforehand.
A UPS or USPS return shipping label will be provided.
ZVOX Audio will repair or replace the unit with one of equal quality, at our discretion.
ZVOX Audio does not require AV series Sound Bars to be shipped in a ZVOX shipping carton. However, ZVOX Audio is not responsible for any in-transit damage due to improper packing. We strongly suggest carefully bubble wrapping the Accuvoice TV Speaker itself if the system is sent in non ZVOX packaging.
Units that are damaged in transit due to improper packing will be returned to customer in the condition they were received.

ZVOX Audio will repair or replace the unit with one of equal quality, at our discretion.
